Barry,

I wanted to send a note of thanks. Once again you have delivered (literally & figuratively)! I received the new 2010 Audi S5 on Friday June 11th, 2010. What can I say, it is a beautiful car. Plus, the engine rumbles perfectly, is complemented by beautiful interior, and technology that is not seen in other performance vehicles. I am exceedingly grateful that you recommended considering this car, as it was not even on my list month ago.

In addition, the customer service was wonderful. The delivery driver, Robert, called me several times with updates of his arrival time, and even changed at the last minute to deliver to my office instead of home at my request.

BTW, thanks as well for the new 2010 Honda Odyssey we received prior to the Memorial Day weekend. My wife loves it!

Can you believe this is already the 6th car you have helped myself and family acquire? It is a great feeling knowing the only reason I ever have to go to the dealer again is to test drive or for service.

Barry,

Two separate transactions with LBT/Barry 3 years apart. One Volvo lease and One purchase of a certified pre-owned MB.

Both transactions were seamless and topped off with great delivery personnel. Barry has been invaluable to my efforts in not only finding the vehicles at prices way more attractive than I could find locally, but almost more importantly, helping me chose the 'right' vehicles for my family. Once delivered, they were exactly as promised!

Truly, dealing with you guys is worlds away from the always challenging dealership based service people.
