You came though again!
I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for once again making our lease transactions effortless. My wife loves her new Lexus and I love mine. The two cars showed up as ordered with all of the trimmings. This is the fifth arrangement we've had over the years while we've moved around the country (3 different states). I just want to say thank you to Barry for being a great sales man. I leased a car from Barry 4+ years ago and when my lease was up i called Barry ASAP to get a new car. After talking to many other people about getting a car and testing the market, nobody compared to Barry in terms of price, customer service and overall satisfaction doing business. I would recommend Barry to anyone interested in getting a car.

Barry shops the deals, the rates and always tells it like it is - I've checked. I couldn't have leased these cars anywhere else , for anything near the rates other than through Barry. Dealers were often alot higher priced and much more difficult to work with. Barry is #1 in customer service and price. Immediate delivery to my door and even my lake cabin is always taken care of. If you have a question, pick up the phone, he's always there. Quality of cars of course is tops. Best move I ever made in leasing for myself AND my dad.

As you are aware, I received my new CTS last December. The 1st domestic car I have had since the early 70's and must say that I am impressed with the car. Sorry for the delay, but I wanted to make sure that it was not just the new car smell that I love so much that had me mesmerized.

I believe this is my 8th or 9th transaction with you and your company and have always been treated fairly which is the reason I always return. It is just a no hassle, no stress way of obtaining a car which is the way I like it. At first, I wasted weeks making sure that I could not find a better deal and now I just know it and enjoy the time that I have saved avoiding this grueling transaction at a dealership. Hang in there as I am sure I will be back in the next 12 - 24 months for the next "experience."

Thanks again for all your help over the past 8 years as I, my wife and my daughter have all enjoyed the cars we have obtained through you. Look forward to many more.
